I am a bird ecologist interested in studying anthropogenic effects with the goal of helping conservation efforts and convincing everyone that animals are in fact very cool. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student at Brock University. Prior to making the big move to Canada, I graduated with an M.Sc. from Kennesaw State University.

Outside of science, I am a digital artist and advocate for social justice issues. I also love nerding out about animation and other media.
